ABOUT US:

We are a small, genuinely family run Company. He does the locks, She does the paperwork and the kids love helping Dad sort out his Van! We have high standards and hope these are reflected in the work and service given to our Customers. We aim to provide a reliable and reasonably priced Locksmith service. We do not use sub–contractors as this can dilute the sense of responsibility and often doubles the price to the Customer. Unlike many others, our Locksmith is experienced enough to give you a free phone quote based on just the information you provide – many refuse to!

Our Locksmith also has genuine Carpentry skills too – many do not. He is also honest enough to tell you the lock has not failed [and charge you for a new one] but will re–hang the door instead – saving you the cost of parts.

We are unusual in having Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau clearance because we consider a “Police Check” not enough when dealing with potentially vulnerable people. In the UK you can actually leave Prison and start work the next day as a Locksmith! It is the only area of the Security Industry not regulated and these guys can get into your house! A situation we consider that needs to be changed ASAP!

If at all possible, we give priority to those most vulnerable – the elderly or those locked out with young children. Often it is the children who have done the locking out helping Mum shut the door!
